Therapy rooted in awareness, connection, and authenticity
Therapy starts with awareness—it’s the first step toward lasting change. We’ll work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and body sensations in a way that’s curious and compassionate. By building stronger connections with yourself, others, and the present moment, we’ll uncover what it means for you to live more authentically. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel empowered to heal and grow.
My Services
-
Individual therapy is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and deepen your awareness of the present moment. Rather than just focusing on the “why,” we explore the “what” and “how” of your experience—your emotions, thoughts, body sensations, and behaviors—within a compassionate, non-judgmental space.
-
Gestalt therapy for children and teens offers a supportive space where young people can explore their feelings, thoughts, and experiences in a way that feels natural and empowering.
Through a compassionate and interactive approach, I aim to meet each child or teen where they are, helping them gain insight, feel understood, and develop the tools they need to thrive.
-
In couples therapy, the focus is on creating greater awareness of how you and your partner interact in the present moment. Together, we’ll explore the patterns and dynamics in your relationship, with an emphasis on how each partner's experiences, emotions, and communication styles shape your connection.
About me
As a Mixed Asian American and third culture kid, I understand the unique journey of blending different identities to discover what feels true to me. If you or your child are navigating the challenges of biracial or mixed identity, I’m here to offer a welcoming space to explore this and anything else that you want to explore. The way we see ourselves deeply influences our health, the communities we feel connected to, and our overall sense of belonging. Through a collaborative therapeutic relationship, I support clients in connecting with their authentic selves to build a more balanced relationship with others and ourselves.
I am a humanistic therapist, and view my role in therapy as a facilitator and supporter of my client in their process. More specifically, I have a predominantly gestalt lens to my style of multicultural therapy and my goal is to support my clients in expanding their awareness and to strengthen their relationship with themselves.
